Cambridge is the largest single-city shelf in this catalogue: 32 project records, more than Kitchener (29), Guelph (28) or Waterloo (26). It is also the most evenly split city in the region — and the split tells you where the city’s new supply is pointed. Every figure below is counted from the Cambridge records themselves.
Two shelves of eleven
| Status | Projects | Share |
|---|---|---|
| Now selling | 11 | 34% |
| Coming soon | 11 | 34% |
| Completed | 9 | 28% |
| Sold out | 1 | 3% |
The symmetry is the story. For every project selling in Cambridge today, another is registered behind it — and the incoming shelf has a single shape: all 11 coming-soon records are condominium apartments, from The Georgie Condos and LJM Riverview Condos to the Cambridge Mill Hotel and Residences conversion. The selling shelf is mixed — towns, detached and condos; the next shelf is not. Whatever Cambridge’s low-rise supply does, its recorded pipeline is a condo pipeline.
The type map
| Home type | Records carrying it |
|---|---|
| Townhouse | 13 |
| Condo apartment | 13 |
| Detached | 5 |
| Stacked townhouse | 2 |
| Condo townhouse | 1 |
Records can carry more than one type, so the column sums past 32 — that is the catalogue being literal about mixed projects. The balance still reads clearly: Cambridge’s recorded new-build stock is a townhouse-and-condo market, with detached homes a five-record minority. Twenty-five distinct builders hold the 32 records; no builder holds more than two, which makes Cambridge the least concentrated shelf in KWCG as well.
Where the building is
By recorded neighbourhood, Hespeler leads with 4 projects. Westwood Village in west Cambridge, East Galt, Galt and River Mill carry 3 each; downtown Galt and Water Street South carry 2 each; the rest spread one at a time across the city. The map has no single centre of gravity — growth is filed under at least a dozen neighbourhood names — but the south and east edges (Hespeler, River Mill, Hazel Glenn) account for the densest cluster of the active shelves.
The eight verified prices
Eight Cambridge records carry a currently verified price:
| Project | Status | From |
|---|---|---|
| Cachet on the Park | Coming soon | $400,000 |
| Modal at Main | Now selling | $534,900 |
| Greengate Village | Now selling | $599,900 |
| Marquis Series at Hazel Glenn | Now selling | $619,381 |
| Cadence | Now selling | $649,990 |
| Maple Grove at River Mill | Now selling | $679,999 |
| Fairway Meadows | Now selling | $840,699 |
| Westwood Village Preserve | Now selling | $999,999 |
The span — $400,000 to $999,999 — is the widest in KWCG, and the bottom of it deserves a note: Cachet on the Park is a coming-soon record carrying a published from-price, which is exactly what its record says and no more; a priced registration is not a launched project. The other 24 Cambridge records show “Request current pricing,” including projects actively selling. Deposit structures are on file for 10 records and occupancy information for 10 — Cambridge’s facts are thinner than its project count, and the map prints that too.
How to use this map
Read the two shelves together: today’s 11 selling projects are where verified prices, deposits and occupancy can be compared now; the 11 behind them are where worksheet timing will decide allocation when each launch opens. The Cambridge hub page carries every record with its facts, and this map will be re-counted as the records change — not re-written from memory.
