Who operates this site

MyHomeDeals.ca is operated by Ujval Patel, REALTOR®, HomeLife Power Realty Inc., Brokerage. This policy covers myhomedeals.ca only. A sister property, ujvalpatel.com, is operated by the same brokerage business; where the law treats the two as one sender (including under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation), consent and unsubscribe requests are honoured across both.

What we collect, and why

This site has no accounts and sets no advertising trackers. Information reaches us only when you send it:

• Enquiry forms: your name, phone and/or email, the project or topic your enquiry concerns, the intent you select, and any message you write — used to answer that enquiry.
• VIP list signup: your email address — used to send launch and pricing-update alerts. The optional preference step (city, budget, home type) is used only to match those alerts better.
• Attribution stored with each submission: the page and project it came from, any campaign (UTM) tags on the link you arrived by, the date and time, and the consent basis (the form you used). This provenance is kept so any future change in how leads are handled can be audited against what you actually agreed to.

Where it goes

Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection to a lead relay, which passes them to the operator’s customer-relationship system (GoHighLevel), tagged with this property as their source. Email alerts are sent from this domain through an email service provider (Mailjet). These processors store information on our behalf; enquiry information is not sold. If a future model ever involves sharing enquiries with partner brokerages or builders, it will be switched on only with a consent basis that covers it, a legal review, and an update to this policy first — never retroactively and never silently.

Email and CASL

Alert emails are sent only to addresses that subscribed or enquired. Every broadcast carries the sender’s identification and a working unsubscribe, and unsubscribe requests are honoured without delay. Because both web properties are currently operated by the same business, an unsubscribe given on either is treated as an unsubscribe from the business’s marketing email as a whole.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry and subscription records are kept while they are needed to serve the enquiry, maintain the mailing list, and meet brokerage record-keeping obligations. You may ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for your marketing subscription to be removed at any time — use the message field on the contact page form, email info@myhomedeals.ca, or call 226-612-3123.
